The site visit takes place to give us a better understanding for the property and to discuss in more detail the changes you would like to make to your home.
We survey the property, discuss the various options available and complete a project brief with the client.
We present our proposal which will include concept drawings and budgets.
We will discuss the options available and finalise both the project drawings and budgets. It is at this stage that you decide if Rinnovare will be your partner for the project.
At this stage we agree an all interior finishes and drawings, right down to the placement of light switches and sockets, paint finishes, and all other interior items.
We will agree a programme of works including start dates and finish dates, we will agree budgets including a payment schedule which will run in conjunction with the agreed programme of works.
Prior to the works commencing you will receive a detailed programme of works, contract for the project and a commencement and finish date.
At all stages during the works process you will have a single point of contact so that you have full visibility on the progress of the project.
With our attention to detail at the ‘Project Planning’ stage the works are generally a very straight forward process.
The completion of the project is the most important stage. We treat the completion part of the project just as important as any other stage.
Whether it be the comprehensive snagging or the professional deep cleaning carried out at the end of the project, we always ensure that a project is fully completed within the agreed time frame and to the satisfaction of the client.
